We all want to get fit and watch what we eat. It is important to make sure that we follow it for ourselves. It can be tough to do any of this when we have toddlers running around and are working. Let’s take sometime out of each day to do the simple things in life. Even if you just work out for 30 minutes and eat healthy you will feel great about yourself.
You might not want to lose weight, and that is okay too. However, most of the time we need to monitor all of these things now before it is too late. There are SO many apps for you to monitor your calories, weight, exercise, etc. However, I really like to have paper sheets so that I can actually see and write down my progress. All of these factors make me feel better about myself and life.
I try to take advantage of this everyday or at least five days out of the week!! It is okay to always reward yourself whenever you go above and beyond. In fact, make sure that you do reward yourself so that you know you are making progress.
