Planning for a MOVE checklist

Hey there!!

If you have been following us on our social media accounts you know that we are moving and flipped our first house. Goodness, this is no joke. The money you spend for both of these then turn it into a profit is crazy. We saved money whenever possible, but that still didn’t seem like THAT was even enough!

In the midst of all of this there was a lot of things that I have learned and will use again when we go to flip another house. It takes time, money, and patience. There is just no way around it. You have to always be home to allow people to enter your home to enter, it was a good thing I’m a working momma! You have to save every ounce whenever possible. You want to be able to still keep a budget all the time.

Then when its time to put the house on the market you want to check off all the items on your list to make sure that everything is perfect. I noticed when we were looking for a new house, it was crazy how many houses didnt keep up on the prettiness and de cluttering; you guys these things MATTER THE MOST. The house will sell faster and quicker. Someone will want it because they can imagine their life in that house. So believe me when I say that it require time, money, patience and organization. This isn’t ideal for everyone so don’t just go ahead and try to flip a house, but do your research if you are considering it!

We have some brand new printable in our shop of planning to sell your house (duh). We hope that you can enjoy them as much as we did!
